 HR Recruiter (End-to-End & Self-Sourcing)

Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven HR Recruiter to manage full-lifecycle recruitment with a strong focus on direct candidate sourcing. In this role, you will independently handle everything from requirement intake to final closure—identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent without relying on external agency support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple domains to close hiring requirements within target timelines.
• Actively self-source talent using job portals (Naukri, Apna, Indeed), LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and direct headhunting.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical/functional requirements and align on role expectations.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates on cultural fit, domain capability, and salary expectations.
• Manage the offer negotiation process, pre-onboarding engagement, and final joining to minimize dropouts.
• Maintain clean ATS data and recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, cost-per-hire).

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Graduate in any stream (MBA / PG in Human Resources preferred).
• Experience: 2–5 years of proven hands-on experience in end-to-end talent acquisition.
• Core Skills: Hands-on experience with portal Boolean searches, passive candidate outreach, salary negotiation, and interview management.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
