Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Support & Data Operations Executive to handle Australian clients and assist with day-to-day customer support, data research, communication, and vehicle listing management.
- Responsibilities: Communicate with Australian clients through Email and WhatsApp.
- Write professional emails, messages, and follow-ups in English.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely support.
- Search Google Maps and the internet to find business information, contact numbers, emails, and other required data.
- Collect, verify, and maintain client/business data in Excel/Google Sheets/CRM.
- Add, update, edit, and delete vehicle/car listings on the platform.
- Coordinate with Australian vehicle dealers, vendors, and clients.
- Perform regular online research and data-entry tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and provide daily/weekly work updates.
- Follow up with clients when required.
- RequirementsGood written and spoken English.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Google Maps, Google Search, WhatsApp, Email, Excel/Google Sheets.
- Comfortable working with online tools and learning new software.
- Good typing speed and attention to detail.
- Ability to independently research and collect accurate information.
- Previous experience in customer support, data entry, back office, lead generation, or online research will be an advantage.
