POSITION OVERVIEWWe are looking for a hands-on and people-focused HR Manager who can manage HR not just from a desk, but closely with our outlet teams, managers and operational staff.
The role requires someone who understands the fast-paced nature of hospitality, where manpower availability, employee retention, attendance, discipline and quick recruitment directly impact daily operations.
The HR Manager will act as a bridge between Management, Operations and Employees, ensuring that people-related matters are handled efficiently while maintaining a professional and positive work environment.
