Role: HR Recruiter – Field Sales Hiring (Freelance / Part-Time)
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to support bulk hiring for field sales roles involving Google Pay Sound Box and QR Code installations, along with shop revisit activities. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for freelance/part-time roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and local networks
- Conduct initial screening calls and explain job responsibilities clearly
- Share accurate information about payouts, work flexibility, and expectations
- Schedule and coordinate interviews or onboarding processes
- Maintain a pipeline of active candidates for ongoing hiring needs
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates to ensure joining and activation
- Track and report daily/weekly hiring progress
Role You Will Be Hiring For
Candidates will be hired for:
- Installation of Google Pay Sound Box & QR Codes at shops
- Revisit inactive merchants and reactivate them
- Field-based, flexible working (no fixed timing, no strict targets) for freelancing model
Candidate Profile (For Recruiter Role)
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic understanding of field sales hiring is preferred
- Ability to handle bulk hiring requirements ( 40 to 60 hiring p/m)
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Prior recruitment experience is a plus (especially in BFSI/Fintech/Field Sales)
Compensation
- Fixed Salary + Incentive-based payout per successful joining / activation (to be defined internally)
- 9:30 to 6:00 pm (work from office) & 10:00 am to 6:30 (depends on mgmt.)
