Job Description: HR Recruiter

📍 Location: Delhi / Rajouri Garden

🕒 Job Type: Full-time

💰 Salary & Benefits:

Base Salary: ₹ 14,000 – ₹ 20,000 per month (Based on interview & skills)

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Post job openings on portals and social media

• Call candidates and schedule interviews

• Coordinate interviews with management

• Maintain candidate and employee records

• Handle joining formalities and basic documentation

• Maintain attendance sheet

• Prepare simple offer and appointment letters

• Support day-to-day office admin work

• Maintain and update candidate and employee details in CRM system

• Assist in maintaining office records and documentation

• Assist employees with basic HR queries

✅ Requirements:

Experience: Experienced (0–1 year preferred)

Education: Graduate / MBA in HR preferred

Skills: Good communication and basic computer knowledge

Languages: English & Hindi

Must Have: Basic MS Office knowledge

Work Style: Office-based role
