Job Description
Prepare and cook food according to standard recipes and SOPs.
Perform mise en place before service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and workstations.
Follow food safety and HACCP standards at all times.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of food (FIFO).
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or wastage.
Assist in receiving and checking kitchen deliveries.
Support senior chefs during busy service hours.
Maintain grooming and adhere to company uniform standards.
