BARISTA – JOB DESCRIPTIONPosition: Barista
Location: A Happy Accident Café
- Work ProfilePrepare hot & cold coffee, mocktails, shakes, teas and other beverages as per café standards.
- Operate and maintain espresso machine, grinder, blender and other equipment.
- Maintain beverage quality, presentation and consistency.
- Take care of the bar counter, cleanliness and hygiene.
- Check and manage bar stock and minimise wastage.
- Interact politely with customers and provide good service.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff during busy hours.
- Follow café recipes, SOPs and safety standards.
- Handle opening and closing duties of the bar station.
- RequirementsBarista experience preferred, but freshers with good knowledge can apply.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Fast, responsible, clean and hardworking.
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
