Client Relationship Executive

*Key Responsibilities*

🔹 Client Acquisition & Lead Generation

 Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, networking, and references

 Approach companies to understand their hiring requirements

 Schedule meetings and introduce recruitment services

🔹 Business Conversion

 Understand client needs and offer suitable hiring solutions

 Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals

🔹 Client Relationship Management

 Act as a single point of contact for clients

 Maintain strong, long-term relationships

 Ensure regular follow-ups and engagement

🔹 Coordination & Delivery

 Work closely with the recruitment team to fulfill client requirements

 Ensure timely updates and smooth communication

 Maintain client satisfaction throughout the hiring process

Eligibility Criteria

▪️Gender: Both

▪️Any graduate

▪️Experience in business development / client handling / recruitment is preferred

▪️Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply

Required Skills

✔️Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✔️Strong negotiation and convincing ability

✔️Confidence in handling clients

✔️Self-motivated and proactive

Basic knowledge of recruitment (preferred)

Language Requirement

✔️English and Tamil proficiency is mandatory

✔️Hindi is an added advantage
