About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and punctual Delivery Rider to join the DACBY team. You will be responsible for delivering pre-owned electronics to customers and collecting devices from them — all on the same day. You will be operating across Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, and nearby areas, from our warehouse in Noida Sector 45.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up orders from our warehouse in Noida Sector 45 and deliver them to customers on the same day.
• Collect devices from customers and return them safely to the warehouse on the same day.
• Handle all electronics with utmost care and ensure damage-free, on-time delivery at every stop.
• Stay in regular communication with the operations team for order updates, route changes, and urgent pickups.
• Update delivery and pickup status on the app or dashboard as instructed after each order.
• Maintain the company-provided two-wheeler in good condition and report any issues to the team immediately.
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with customers at all times.

Requirements

• Valid two-wheeler driving licence (mandatory).
• Comfortable using a smartphone and navigating via Google Maps.
• Good knowledge of Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, and Faridabad routes.
• Punctual, responsible, and able to manage multiple deliveries in a single shift.
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude with customers.
• Prior delivery experience preferred but not mandatory — freshers with a licence are welcome to apply.
