Job Description
Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, telecalling, CRM, marketing, and support roles.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and recruitment agencies.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
Handle employee onboarding and documentation.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR databases.
Support payroll processing and resolve employee queries.
Manage employee engagement and internal communication.
Monitor company HR policies and ensure compliance.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters professionally.
Prepare HR reports related to recruitment, attendance, and employee performance.
Coordinate with management regarding manpower requirements.
