Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. The candidate should have good communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and experience in hiring for multiple positions.

Key Responsibilities

* Understand hiring requirements from different departments.

* Prepare and post job descriptions on job portals and social media platforms.

* Source candidates through Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

* Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

* Conduct initial telephonic interviews.

* Schedule interviews with the concerned department/management.

* Coordinate and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

* Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

* Negotiate salary and discuss joining dates with selected candidates.

* Collect required documents from selected candidates.

* Coordinate the complete joining and onboarding process.

* Maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports and MIS.

* Follow up regularly on open positions until closure.

* Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements.

Required Skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Good knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing.

* Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

* Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

* Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.

* Good convincing and negotiation skills.

* Target-oriented and result-driven approach.

* Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.

Qualification

* Graduate in any discipline.

* HR/Recruitment certification or experience will be an added advantage.

* Number of candidates sourced and shortlisted.

* Interview-to-selection ratio.

* Positions closed within the required timeline.

* Joining ratio.

* Quality and retention of hires.

* Daily/weekly recruitment reporting.
