Project Role Description : Support clients to design, build and run an agile, scalable IT infrastructure that is standardized and optimized to deliver operational efficiencies, improve employee and workplace performance and meet dynamic business demands. Apply infrastructure improvements across the workplace, network, data center and operations as well as provide resources to manage and run the infrastructure on a managed or capacity services basis.

Good to have skills : Microsoft Exchange Server
Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:
As an Infrastructure Consulting Practitioner, your day involves collaborating closely with clients to design, develop, and maintain flexible and scalable IT infrastructure solutions. You will focus on creating standardized systems that enhance operational efficiency and support evolving business needs. Your role includes overseeing infrastructure improvements across various environments such as workplace, network, and data centers, while ensuring smooth management and operation of these systems through managed or capacity services. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous adaptation to dynamic business demands.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure infrastructure solutions align with client requirements and business goals.
- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for infrastructure management and optimization.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on infrastructure-related tasks.
- Monitor infrastructure performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and scalability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Exchange Online.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Exchange Server.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based infrastructure and its integration with enterprise environments.
- Experience in managing and optimizing IT infrastructure to support business continuity and operational efficiency.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues in a timely manner.
- Familiarity with infrastructure automation and monitoring tools to enhance system performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Exchange Online.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
