Job Description
- To generate enquiries and obtain quotations with suppliers/manufacturers for material/equipment’s required by Plants/Offices.
- Prepare purchase orders and email them to suppliers.
- To maintain the Purchase Order database, tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery.
- To prepare and maintain daily list of Tax Invoices received from various plants and suppliers.
- To check documents received from Plants (Challans, Weighbridge receipts etc.)
- To coordinate with Accounts Dept. and various plants.
- Filing and document control.
- Any other duties as assigned by Superiors.
