Sales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads and assisting customers with loan and finance solutions for Two Wheelers.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and identify potential customers for vehicle and equipment finance.
• Visit customers, dealers, businesses, and other potential sources to generate business.
• Understand customers' financial requirements and suggest suitable loan options.
• Assist customers throughout the loan application and documentation process.
• Coordinate with customers, dealers, and the internal credit/operations team for loan processing.
• Follow up on loan applications, approvals, and disbursements.
• Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
• Conduct field visits and regularly update customer and lead information.
• Ensure proper collection and submission of required customer documents.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries related to the loan process.

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in sales, field sales, vehicle finance, banking, NBFC, or loan sales will be preferred.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Marathi and Hindi communication required; basic English is preferred.
• Candidate should be comfortable with field work and local travel.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also be considered.
