Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth in the real estate sector.
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase bookings and revenue.
- Monitor daily sales activities, lead follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
- Guide the team in handling client queries, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Track individual and team performance and provide regular training and support.
- Ensure proper lead management and timely updates in the CRM.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to overall business growth.
- RequirementsProven experience in sales management; experience in real estate sales will be preferred.
- Strong team-handling, leadership, and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work under targets and deliver consistent results.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, lead conversion, and client relationship management.
