Job Description

Sant Wires Ltd is a leading company in geotechnical engineering solutions, specializing in Rockfall Mitigation Mesh and slope protection systems.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our leadership team in managing day-to-day operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain excellent follow-up with internal and external stakeholders.
  2. Handle and coordinate phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
  3. Prepare and manage checklists to track tasks and deadlines.
  4. Follow up with staff to ensure tasks are completed as per timelines.
  5. Assist in preparing reports, documents, and presentations using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  6. Manage scheduling, appointments, and calendar coordination.
  7. Draft and proofread communications with strong command over English.
  8. Perform administrative tasks and support business operations as needed.
  9. Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
