Accountant Cum Office Assistant

Anajnaya Gold Point is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Dehradun. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day financial operations, maintain cash and ledger accounts, and ensure full compliance with GST and TDS filings.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Accounting: Maintain and update the daily cashbook, main ledger, and petty cash transactions.

Taxation & Compliance: Timely filing and reconciliation of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and TDS returns.

Financial Management: Prepare monthly/quarterly financial summaries, profit/loss tracking, and balance reconciliation.

Invoicing & Billing: Generate invoices, handle vendor payments, and track receivables/payables.

Audit Support: Prepare necessary reports and documents for internal and annual statutory audits.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.

Experience: 2–5 years of relevant accounting and tax compliance experience (experience in retail, gold, or finance sector is a plus).

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime, MS Excel, and government GST/TDS portals.

Key Skills: Strong numerical ability, attention to detail, and thorough knowledge of Indian accounting standards and tax regulations.
