## Job Title: In-House Sales Executive (Legal Services)

### Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven In-House Sales Executive to manage inbound leads, convert prospects into customers, and consistently achieve sales targets. The role involves selling and promoting our legal services including **Trademark Registration, Copyright, Patent, and other Intellectual Property & Business Legal Services**. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.

### Key Responsibi•ities

* Handle inbound calls, emails, and walk-in clients for legal services such as Trademark, Copyright, Patent, and related business regist•ations.

* Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate legal s•lutions.

* Explain services, pricing, and process clearly to prospectiv• clients.

* Follow up with leads and maintain an effective sale• pipeline.

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sa•es targets.

* Maintain accurate client records in•CRM systems.

* Coordinate with legal and operations teams for smooth onboarding and ser•ice delivery.

* Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.

### Requ•rements & Skills

* Graduate or equiva•ent qualification.

* 0–2 years of experience in sales (Freshers ar• welcome to apply).

* Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Gujarati will be an added •dvantage for Surat).

* Basic knowledge of MS•Office and CRM tools.

* Strong convincing, negotiation, an• interpersonal skills.

* Ability to explain legal services in a simple •nd professional manner.

* Target-oriented, self-motivated, and result-focu•ed.

* Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹30,000 per month +•performance-based in•entives
