Job Description
We are looking for an HR Recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various positions. The recruiter will coordinate with hiring managers and ensure timely closure of open positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand job requirements from clients or hiring managers.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and references.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates until joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
- Build and manage a candidate database.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of recruitment experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
