Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our Small Home Appliances team and deliver an outstanding shopping experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and understand their home appliance requirements.
  • Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of products such as mixers, grinders, induction stoves, electric kettles, rice cookers, irons, fans, and other small home appliances.
  • Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and budget.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets.
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals and promotions.
  • Ensure products are displayed neatly and attractively.
  • Assist customers with billing coordination, warranty information, and after-sales support.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
  • Maintain stock availability and coordinate with the inventory team when required.
  • Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional service.
