Job Responsibilities
Customer dealing एवं customer support
Domestic & International Courier Booking
Parcel/AWB entry और documentation
Computer एवं MS Excel पर basic काम
WhatsApp पर customer communication
Pickup/Delivery coordination
Daily office records maintain करना
Courier, Cargo एवं Export-Import services की basic जानकारी सीखना
Requirements
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Basic computer knowledge आवश्यक
MS Excel एवं WhatsApp की जानकारी
Hindi अच्छी होनी चाहिए
Basic English communication
