Job Description

Generate leads through walk-ins, calls, digital enquiries, referrals, events, and field activities.

Attend to all customer enquiries promptly and professionally.

Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups in CRM/DMS.

Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferences.

Explain vehicle features, specifications, benefits, pricing, finance, insurance, exchange, and offers.

Conduct effective product demonstrations and test rides.

Convert enquiries into bookings and retail sales.

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers.

Track hot, warm, and cold leads.

Follow up on quotations, bookings, finance approvals, exchange valuations, and pending documents.

Minimize lead leakage and improve conversion ratios.
