About Us: Vybe Universe Foods is a fast-growing food and beverage company offering premium desserts, sparkling beverages, and customized event food solutions. We are looking for an energetic Event Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our event business and build long-term customer relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness DevelopmentGenerate new event leads daily.
• Visit wedding planners, event organizers, decorators, banquet halls, hotels, resorts, schools, colleges, and corporate offices.
• Build partnerships with event vendors and venue owners.
• Promote Vybe's event offerings.
• SalesConvert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
• Maintain strong customer relationships.
• Marketing Promote Vybe products through direct visits and networking.
• Coordinate promotional activities.
• Collect customer feedback and market insights.
• Support social media promotions by sharing event photos and videos with the marketing team.
• Customer Coordination Understand customer requirements.
• Coordinate with the production team before each event.
• Ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.

Skills Required

• Good communication skills (Telugu & English)

• Sales and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel within Visakhapatnam
• Basic smartphone and WhatsApp knowledge
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Preferred Qualification Any Degree
• Experience in sales, event management, hospitality, or marketing is preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
