Job Description

Scout and identify potential retail properties as per company expansion requirements.

Develop and manage a network of landlords, and developers

Conduct site visits and prepare property evaluation reports with photos, measurements, and market insights.

Assess catchment, competition, accessibility, frontage, visibility, and commercial viability of locations.

Coordinate documentation and support lease negotiations.

Track property pipeline and ensure timely closure of approved sites.

Monitor local real estate trends and competitor expansion activities.
