Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Accountant to manage and oversee all accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance activities of the organization. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in GST filing, TDS, EPFO, ESI, reconciliation, audits, and government financial schemes, with a strong understanding of accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Financial Management
Maintain and finalize books of accounts (Tally/Zoho Books or equivalent software).
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Perform ledger scrutiny, journal entries, and bank reconciliation statements.

2. Taxation & Compliance
Handle GST registration, returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9), and reconciliation.
File TDS returns, ensure timely deduction and payment, and prepare Form 16A/26AS reconciliation.
Coordinate with Chartered Accountant for statutory and internal audits.

3. Payroll & Statutory Contributions
Manage EPFO and ESI compliance, including registration, payment, and return filing.
Ensure accuracy in employee deductions, challan payments, and monthly compliance reports.

4. Audit & Reconciliation
Support and coordinate CA audits (Statutory, Internal, and Tax audits).
Prepare schedules and documentation for audit purposes.
Conduct monthly reconciliation of bank accounts, vendor statements, and ledgers.

5. Government Schemes & Regulatory Liaison
Handle documentation and application under applicable government financial schemes/subsidies.
Liaise with statutory authorities and departments for timely submission and compliance.
Required Qualifications & Skills:Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 3–6 years of relevant experience in accounting and statutory compliance.
Technical Skills:


Proficiency in Tally ERP / Zoho Books / Excel.
Knowledge of GST portal, EPFO, ESIC, TRACES, and MCA portals.
Soft Skills:


Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.


Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (as per company policy).
