ADDITIONAL TERMS OF SERVICES

These Additional Terms of Service ("Additional Terms") are to be read along with the Terms of Service availablehere("Terms").

Unless defined in these Additional Terms, all capitalized terms shall have the meaning assigned to them under the Terms. Please read these Additional Terms and the Terms carefully before using the Apna Platform and Services. Your use of the Apna Platform and Services (as defined below) is subject to your acceptance of these Additional Terms and the Terms. In case of any conflict between these Additional Terms and the Terms, the provisions of these Additional Terms shall prevail. By using the Apna Platform and/or the Services, you signify your unconditional acceptance of these Additional Terms and the Terms and this along with the Privacy Policy availablehereand the Code of Conduct availablehere, and any other policy that is applicable to you, will constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Apna ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these Additional Terms or the Terms, please do not use the Apna Platform or the Services. Apna reserves the right to periodically review and update these Additional Terms. We will notify you of any change or modification in these Additional Terms.

A. PAID JOB POSTS

  1. These terms and conditions apply to all employers who are users of the Apna Platform ("Employer(s)") and wish to avail the services pursuant to which Apna provides you with the ability to post jobs on Apna Platform for the fee predetermined by Apna ("Paid Services").
  2. By availing the Paid Services, you agree to be bound by these Additional Terms.
  3. Apna may offer different kinds of plans to Employers for the Paid Services. For instance, Apna may offer a plan which allows you to post a job in a particular category for a predetermined fee. The categories and geographic areas in which you can make Paid Job Posts are subject to change and shall be communicated to you from time to time via the Apna Platform and/or any other mode of communication that may be available at the time of such change.
  4. You are required to make a payment of the relevant fee for the plan that you choose ("Fee"). The applicable Fee will be communicated to you at the time of making the Paid Job Post. The Fee is payable in advance and is non-refundable.
  5. You may be allowed to create a business profile on the Apna Platform and use the business profile to enable the your employees, agents or representatives to access, use and enjoy the Paid Services. It is clarified that you shall be solely responsible for any action or omission of such employees, agents or representatives.
