• Key ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through field visits, job portals, referrals, and local networks.
• Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and joining formalities.
• Handle bulk hiring for multiple locations.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Achieve daily and monthly hiring targets.
• Maintain candidate data and recruitment reports.
• Coordinate with the HR team for regular hiring updates.
• RequirementsGraduate preferred.
• 1+ year experience in recruitment or field hiring.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with field work and local travel in Bangalore.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and job portals preferred.
