About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our Hyundai Construction Equipment sales team in Bhopal. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing customer relationships, and driving sales of Hyundai machines.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Hyundai Construction Equipment / Machines.

• Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.

• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machines.

• Follow up with leads and achieve assigned sales targets.

• Prepare and submit regular sales and market visit reports.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer service and order processing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in sales/field sales.

• Experience in construction equipment sales will be preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer-handling and negotiation skills.

• Comfortable with extensive field work and market visits.

• Must have a 2-wheeler and valid driving licence.

• Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.

Compensation

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Additional Benefits: TA & DA as per company policy.
