Designation: Senior Analyst

Job Description:  

• Lead resolution of escalated user problems, ensuring accountability and timely closure.
• Mentor Analysts, review their work, and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain and optimize IT asset inventory with compliance visibility.
• Oversee tracking systems to identify recurring failures, propose process improvements, and ensure audit‑ready documentation.
• Communicate effectively with senior management, vendors, and cross‑functional teams.
• Own integrity of network, server deployment, and enterprise security posture.
• Administer servers, desktops, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, and cloud integrations.
• Prepare escalation communication and compliance documentation for audits and stakeholder review.
• Strong communication skills: precise email writing, professional escalation notes, and audit‑ready documentation.
• Flexible and adaptable, able to manage US shift escalations and cross‑regional coordination.
• Strategic contribution: participate in IT roadmaps, hardware refresh planning, and risk assessments.

Educational Background: Any Degree
Experience Required: 3-6 years

Standardized skillset:   

Operating Systems: Advanced proficiency in Windows Server (2016, 2019, 2022)   Knowledge of Linux distributions (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL) with troubleshooting expertise.

Networking & Security: Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, subnetting, firewalls, VPNs, routing Experience with SIEM tools (Log360, Splunk, Dynatrace) and vulnerability management

Directory Services: Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, LDAP schema design and troubleshooting

Virtualization & Cloud: Experience with VMware vSphere/ESXi, Microsoft Hyper‑V Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) for hybrid infrastructure

Scripting & Automation: Experience in PowerShell and Python for automation frameworks Design and maintain reusable scripts for compliance and monitoring

Monitoring & Performance: Define monitoring standards, integrate tools (Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds, Dynatrace) Analyze performance trends and proactively remediate issues

Backup & Recovery: Design disaster recovery strategies, validate backup integrity, lead DR drills

Security Practices: Lead patch management cycles, enforce role‑based access control Conduct vulnerability assessments, audit logging, and compliance reporting
