Inside Sales Executive  

- Identify and generate potential leads from online sources, industry databases, and existing customer data.

- Communicate with prospects via phone, email, and WhatsApp to understand requirements and offer product solutions.

- Share technical data sheets, product samples, and quotations as per customer needs.

- Follow up on quotations, track sample trials, and collect customer feedback.

- Maintain and update CRM records with client interactions and sales progress.

- Coordinate with R&D, production, and logistics teams for sample dispatch, order processing, and delivery updates.

- Assist field sales team with appointment scheduling and customer coordination.

- Support marketing initiatives like email campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

- Prepare and submit weekly reports, lead status updates, and market feedback.

Key Skills:

- Strong communication (verbal and written) and persuasion skills

- Basic understanding of chemical additives or plastic/polymer industry is a plus

- Proficiency in google sheets

Qualifications:

- Graduate in Science, BBA, BCom, or any relevant stream
