Job Description
Job Duties:
*Responsible for handling requirements from domestic and international clients.
*Responsible for full-cycle recruitment: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
*Sourcing from Job Portals, References, Networking, Database, Google, LinkedIn etc.
*Maintain professional relations with the candidates.
*Use social networking tools to tap talent.
Skill Sets:
-Good communication (Verbal & Written) and interpersonal skills
-Fast learner and aggressive
-Willing to work in rotational shifts.
-Relevant business knowledge (preferred, not mandatory!)
-Willingness to learn and use new tools
