*Profile – Phone Banking Officer*

*Role and Responsibilities*

• Providing Support to the customer in resolving queries and concern.

• For Captive contact Centre of a premium bank.

• Handles customer inquiries, provides account information, and assists with various banking transactions over the phone.

• Cross selling/upselling/promoting the banking product is mandatory.

 *Stipend for Freshers* - 18,000

 *Shift Time* - 9:30 Am to 6:30 Pm 

 *Week off* - 2nd and 4th Saturday off along with Sunday 

*Required Skills* :

Good communication skills (English/Regional language as applicable).

Basic computer proficiency.

Ability to handle customer queries over the phone.

Problem-solving attitude, and customer-centric approach.

*Important Notes:*

* Graduation Degree/ Certificate is Mandatory (Hard Copy)

* CIBIL Score must be 700 or above

* Age limit is upto 35 Years only

* Candidate must know any 1 or 2 languages Tamil, Telugu, Malyalam, Kannada, English, Hindi.

*Sls and Requiruirets:*

1. *Excellent communication skills*: Strong verbal communication and listening skills.

2. *Customer service experience*: Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the financial industry.

3. *Ability to work in a fast-paced environment*: Handle high-volume calls while maintaining quality and professionalism
