🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

✅ Preparation and maintenance of monthly Payroll Sheets

✅ Preparation and submission of PF & ESIC Challans

✅ Attendance record keeping and daily/monthly MIS reports

✅ Ensuring compliance with applicable Labour Laws and Industrial HR Regulations

✅ Maintaining employee records, joining formalities, and documentation

✅ Coordination with site teams for manpower-related matters

🔹 CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

🎓 Graduate in any discipline (HR / Commerce preferred Or Any )

💼 1–3 years of experience in HR / Payroll / Compliance role

🖥️ Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel

📋 Good knowledge of PF, ESIC, and Industrial HR Compliances

🗂️ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
