About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Female HR Recruiter to join our growing stock broking and advisory firm. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding suitable candidates for various roles within the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales, telecalling, stock market advisory and support roles.

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references and other channels.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.

- Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups.

- Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.

- Handle joining formalities and employee onboarding.

- Support HR activities and maintain employee records.

- Achieve monthly recruitment targets.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of proven recruitment/HR experience.

- Experience in Stock Broking, Financial Services, Advisory, Forex, or similar industries preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good knowledge of recruitment platforms and sourcing techniques.

- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

- Graduate in any discipline; HR/MBA preferred.
