HR Recruiter

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in recruitment, good communication skills, and the ability to identify and engage with suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Apna, JobHai, Unstop, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interactions.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
• Follow up with shortlisted candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate with candidates regarding interview schedules, selection, documentation, and joining.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare and maintain recruitment-related reports.
• Support the HR team in other recruitment and employee engagement activities as required.

Eligibility

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is mandatory.
• Freshers can apply, provided they have at least internship experience in HR/Recruitment.
• Candidates with prior recruitment experience will be preferred.
