Human Resources Generalist

Experience: 1–2 Years (Minimum 1 Year of relevant HR experience)

Salary: 8,000 – 12,000 INR per month

Location: Indore (In-Office)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Generalist with at least 1Year of experience in Human Resources The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, onboarding, and attendance management. This role is suitable for someone who is eager to build a career in HR while working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.

* Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.

* Sourcing Resumes through Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Apna.com and other social media platforms.

* Maintain employee records and update HR databases regularly.

* Monitor attendance, leave management, and HRMS records.

* Assist in planning and executing employee engagement and retention initiatives.

* Draft HR-related letters, emails, policies, and internal communications.

* Support performance management processes and employee grievance handling.

* Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements.

* Ensure compliance with company HR policies, procedures, and documentation.

* Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.

Required Skills

* Basic understanding of HR processes and labor practices.

* Knowledge of recruitment and interview coordination.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace.

* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

* Experience with HRMS or attendance management software will be an added advantage.

Eligibility

* MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or Graduate with an HR specialization.

* Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Generalist or HR Recruitment.

* Immediate joiners will be preferred.
