Position OverviewWe are looking for a goal-oriented, self-motivated Recruiter – MSME (Post Recruitment Advisor) to manage end-to-end recruitment operations for our MSME clients. In this remote role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, assessing, and onboarding candidate talent across diverse technical (engineering, operations, IT, skilled labor) and non-technical roles (sales, accounts, HR, administration).

• Key Responsibilities1. Daily Outreach & SourcingProactively connect with 30–40 candidates per day across various technical and non-technical job categories using phone calls, job portals, social networks, and professional databases.

• Build and maintain a robust, active candidate pipeline tailored to the dynamic talent requirements of MSMEs across India.
• Profile Screening & AssessmentThoroughly review resumes and screen candidates for technical qualifications, functional experience, domain expertise, and role compatibility.
• Evaluate candidates on key attributes including skills, experience, communication abilities, and cultural fit for fast-paced MSME environments.
• Video Interview Coordination & AdvisoryConduct structured video interviews using tools like Zoho Meeting, Zoom, or Google Meet.
• Record comprehensive interview observations and evaluate candidate competencies.
• Prepare detailed assessment summaries and advisory reports for senior management and MSME client leadership for final decision-making.
• Post-Shortlisting & End-to-End SupportCoordinate, align, and schedule interview rounds between shortlisted candidates and MSME business owners/hiring managers.
• Facilitate offer discussions, salary negotiation, and rollout processes.
• Track candidate progress through joining formalities, documentation, and early orientation to ensure successful onboarding and post-placement stability.
• Performance Expectations & Key Metrics (KPIs)

• Monthly Target: Minimum 3 successful client placements/joinings per month.
• Consistent execution of high daily candidate touchpoints, prompt client follow-ups, and pipeline management via CRM/Zoho tools.
• Compensation & Growth Structure
• Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 per month (Initial 2 months probation/training period).
• Performance Incentives: Uncapped, performance-linked incentives starting from the 3rd month onwards based on client joining milestones.

• Experience: Prior experience in agency recruitment, tele-calling, or multi-industry sourcing is preferred (freshers with strong communication and learning agility are also welcome).
