 Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, performance management, and compliance. The candidate will play a key role in building a positive work culture while ensuring smooth HR processes.

Key Responsibilities :

* Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

* Manage employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.

* Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

* Resolve employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.

* Plan and execute employee engagement activities.

* Prepare HR reports, MIS, and recruitment dashboards.

* Coordinate with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements.

Required Skills :

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Excellent recruitment and interviewing skills.

* Experience with HRMS and Microsoft Excel.

* Good organizational and time management skills.

* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

 Qualification

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
