• Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Handle bulk hiring and lateral hiring across multiple industries.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and references.
• Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews with clients.
• Manage and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/HR preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
• Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
