Job Description: HR Executive – Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

About the Role - We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive who has hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, and hiring. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling multiple recruitment tasks and working in a target-driven environment.

Candidates with experience in the Stock Market Advisory, Financial Services, Stock Broking, Trading, Research, or Fintech industry will be given preference

Key ResponsibilitiesHandle

end-to-end recruitment process:

• Candidate sourcing
• Resume screening
• Interview scheduling
• Candidate follow-up
• Offer negotiation

Manage recruitment for multiple profiles including:

• Sales Executives
• Pre-Sales Executives
• Business Development Executives
• Stock Market Advisors
• Research-related profiles

• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for urgent hiring requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and close positions within timelines.
• Conduct initial HR screening interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
• Handle multiple hiring tasks simultaneously and manage recruitment targets.
• Maintain recruitment reports, candidate databases, and joining records.

Required Skills

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing candidates through job portals.
• Good communication and candidate handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet hiring deadlines.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.

Industry Preference Candidates having experience in any of the following industries will be preferred:

QualificationGraduate / MBA (HR) preferred.
