HR Recruiter (Healthcare Staffing & Business Development)

We are hiring HR Recruiters / Healthcare Recruitment Executives for our healthcare staffing and recruitment division. The role involves outbound calling to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations to identify manpower requirements and generate recruitment leads.

Key Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, and healthcare organizations.
• Introduce and explain healthcare staffing and recruitment services.
• Generate leads for Doctors, Nurses, Lab Technicians, Pharmacists, Ward Boys, and other healthcare professionals.
• Understand client requirements related to roles, vacancies, qualifications, experience, location, and salary.
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
• Coordinate with the internal recruitment team to fulfill manpower requirements.
• Maintain calling, lead, and follow-up records.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Maintain professional relationships with healthcare clients.

Required Skills :

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools.
