HNS Gold Pvt. Ltd. is one of India's fastest-growing organized gold buying companies with a strong customer-first approach. We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused, and sales-driven Branch Manager to lead our Wood Street & Behala branches and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the branch.
• Achieve monthly business targets for Gold Buying, Silver Buying, Gold Loan Settlement, and MGIP.
• Increase branch walk-ins through local marketing initiatives, customer engagement, and reference generation.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term customer relationships.
• Guide and motivate the branch team to achieve individual and branch targets.
• Monitor sales performance and implement action plans to improve conversions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and documentation standards.
• Conduct daily team briefings and performance reviews.
• Coordinate local promotional activities, corporate tie-ups, and community outreach programs.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain high service standards.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2 - 6 years of experience in retail sales, banking, financial services, or customer-facing businesses.
• Proven experience in achieving sales and business targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
• Smart, confident, well-groomed, and customer-oriented personality.
• Ability to build relationships and convert enquiries into business.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
