Admission Manager

*Job Title* : Admission Manager

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Admission Counsellors to achieve monthly and seasonal admission targets
• Counsel prospective students and parents on courses, batches, fee structures, and career pathways (IIT-JEE / NEET / Foundation programs)
• Monitor daily lead flow, follow-ups, and conversion ratios; ensure timely closure of admissions
• Train new counsellors on pitch, objection handling, and CRM/lead management tools
• Prepare and present daily/weekly/monthly admission MIS reports to management
• Coordinate with the marketing team on lead quality and campaign feedback
• Handle escalations and ensure high standards of parent/student satisfaction
• Ensure adherence to admission processes, documentation, and fee collection protocols
• Conduct counselling sessions, seminars, and campus visits as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate (any stream); MBA/PGDM preferred
• 3–5 years of experience in admissions/education counselling, with at least 1 year in a team lead or supervisory capacity
• Prior experience in the education/coaching industry (JEE/NEET/K-12) strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred)
• Strong target orientation and team management ability
• Proficiency in MS Excel/CRM tools for reporting and lead tracking
• Confident, presentable, and persuasive personality
