Job Summary NetTech India is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Education Counsellors/ Sr. Education Counsellors to guide prospective students regarding career-oriented IT and non-IT and professional certification courses. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for helping students make informed career decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students regarding courses and career opportunities.
• Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.
• Understand students' educational background and recommend suitable courses.
• Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
• Convert enquiries into admissions by providing accurate course information.
• Maintain enquiry records and update the CRM/database regularly.
• Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth admission processes.
• Achieve monthly admission and counselling and revenue targets.
• Build strong relationships with students and parents by providing professional guidance.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong counselling and convincing abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Sheets).
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
• Good follow-up and customer handling skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Eligibility:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with experience in Education Counselling, Academic Sales, Admission Counselling, Telecalling, Customer Service, or Sales will be preferred.
