Admission Counsellor

We are looking for an energetic and confident Admission Counsellor / Field Executive for student admission promotion and pamphlet distribution.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDistribute admission pamphlets in colleges, schools, coaching centres and nearby areas.
• Interact with students and parents and explain course/admission details.
• Generate admission enquiries and leads.
• Collect student contact details and maintain basic records.
• Follow up with interested students through phone/WhatsApp.
• Assist the admission team in converting enquiries into admissions.
• Achieve daily and monthly lead-generation targets.
• Conduct regular field visits as required.
• Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hindi communication is required.
• Basic English communication preferred.
• Marathi communication will be an advantage.
• Good convincing and counselling skills.
• Comfortable with field work and pamphlet distribution.
• Basic smartphone, WhatsApp and data-entry knowledge.
• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
• Fresher candidates are welcome.

Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate should be confident, presentable, active and comfortable talking to students and parents. Candidates who enjoy field work and communication-based jobs are preferred.
