Job Description
Student Counseling: Handle incoming leads from ads and social media. Understand the student’s background, goals, and guide them toward the right baking course.
Sales Conversion: Pitch course features, explain benefits, address objections, and close the sale.
Follow-ups: Maintain consistent follow-up with leads via WhatsApp, phone calls, and messages to maximize enrollments.
CRM Management: Update and maintain lead records using Google Sheets/CRM tools.
Good communication skills in English and regional languages (preferred)
Prior experience in academic counseling or telesales is a plus
Passion for education, baking, or culinary industry is an added advantage
Basic computer knowledge and smartphone handling
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and target-driven mindset
This is work from Home Position and Laptop is Mandatory
