Stores Executive

Experience: 4+ Years

Location: Hirehalli, Tumakuru

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day stores and inventory operations.
• Ensure proper FIFO (First-In, First-Out) practices for materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP/system.
• Handle material receipts, issues, stock transfers, and documentation.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Purchase, Production, and SCM teams.
• Ensure proper identification, storage, and movement of materials.
• Conduct regular stock verification and support inventory reconciliation.
• Maintain proper records of inward and outward materials.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely material availability.
• Follow company procedures related to inventory control, safety, and housekeeping.
• Handle GRN

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate/Diploma with 4+ years of relevant Stores experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good system/ERP knowledge and MS Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of FIFO and inventory management.
• Good documentation and record-maintenance skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments.
• SCM/Supply Chain Management experience will be an added advantage.
• Flexible printing manufacturing industry experience will be preferred.
