Key Responsibilities

Meet potential customers and explain HOXTAN Digi Gold and its gold-saving plans.

Generate new leads through field visits, customer references, networking, and local market activities.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable gold-saving options.

Explain the app, purchase process, payment process, KYC requirements, and other product features clearly to customers.

Assist customers with registration and KYC wherever required.

Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.

Maintain regular contact with existing customers and encourage continued engagement with the platform.

Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Maintain records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and conversions.

Coordinate with the internal sales and HR/management team regarding customer requirements and sales progress.

Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the management.

Travel within the assigned area for customer meetings and business development activities.

Requirements

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

Previous experience in field sales, direct sales, financial products, jewellery, insurance, banking, or customer acquisition is an advantage.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Comfortable meeting customers and travelling within the assigned area.

Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Ability to build good relationships with customers.

Important Note

This is a customer-facing field sales position, so the candidate should be comfortable with regular field visits, meeting new customers, explaining the product, following up with leads, and working toward sales targets.
