Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Visit local shops and merchants on a daily basis.
  • Acquire new merchants and onboard them with BharatPe.
  • Promote BharatPe QR, Speaker, POS/Swipe and other financial products.
  • Generate new business and achieve daily/monthly targets.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with merchants.
  • Ensure regular transactions and usage from onboarded merchants.
  • Follow up with existing merchants and identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • Submit daily work updates and maintain proper field activity.

Eligibility:

  • Minimum 10th/12th pass; graduates preferred.
  • Freshers can apply; sales experience is an advantage.
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Must be comfortable with field work and daily travel.
  • Android smartphone required.
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
