Key Responsibilities:
Pick up and deliver packages to customers accurately and on time
Follow assigned routes and schedules

Handle products with care and maintain delivery records
Ensure vehicle (if provided) and delivery equipment are kept in good condition
Follow safety and traffic rules at all times

Requirements:

🎯 Role Summary

We are seeking dynamic, target-driven Field Sales Executives with a strong background in space selling, sponsorship acquisition, and B2B sales. This is an on-ground sales role responsible for acquiring exhibitors, sponsors, and partners for our events and exhibitions.

Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach potential clients for booth space, sponsorships, and event participation
Conduct on-ground client meetings, cold calls, and follow-ups
Pitch exhibition opportunities and close sales within given timelines
Maintain and grow a pipeline of B2B prospects and decision-makers
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction
Keep updated sales reports and databases of leads, meetings, and closures
Attend and support GJC exhibitions and trade events as needed

Roles & responsibilities

Set up compression moulding press as per job card.
Load raw rubber/polymer material into mould cavity.
Maintain required temperature and pressure settings.
Monitor curing time and mould cycle.
Demould finished products safely.
Trim flash and perform basic finishing.
Inspect parts as per quality checklist.
Maintain production records (shift output, rejection).
Follow 5S and safety procedures.
Report machine issues to maintenance team.

Required Skills:

Knowledge of compression moulding process.
Basic understanding of temperature, pressure, curing time.
Ability to read production/job cards.
Quality checking using basic measuring tools.
Awareness of safety practices in hydraulic press machines.

Qualification:

ITI / Diploma (Mechanical / Plastic Technology preferred)
15 years of experience in rubber or polymer moulding
